Are you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected with life right now. It happens to the best of us, but the good news is, support is available. I'm a friendly and experienced therapist ready to start on a journey of self-discovery with you.

With four years of experience, I've had the privilege of helping individuals just like you who are currently feeling a bit out of control, trapped by past relationship pain, or simply lost and confused.

Picture this: a space where you can make sense of your experiences, understand the why behind it all, and finally feel a sense of peace and empowerment.

I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can express yourself freely, explore your emotions, and rediscover your inner strength. It's not about dwelling on the past; it's about understanding it and using that knowledge to shape a brighter, more fulfilling future.

Here's a snapshot of what you can expect from our sessions:

Being heard without judgment.

Understanding the reasons for your feelings

Gaining the freedom to choose how you want to live.

Learn how being kinder to yourself can impact how you think and feel about yourself.

If you're ready to take that first step towards a happier, more liberated you, please feel free to contact me by message or schedule a session. This is where we can explore how we can work together and tailor a plan to help you find freedom from the challenges you're facing.

Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and if I am the right therapist for you, I look forward to hearing from you soon. If not, I hope you find the right therapist for you soon.

I would like to let you know I respond to messages Monday to Friday. If you message me outside of these times, it will be important to me and I will respond to you as soon as possible.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I have had therapy on and off for nearly 30 years so I have some experience of different Therapists. I felt comfortable almost immediately with Elaine, she is very warm and empathic in her approach. Elaine is very honest and transparent in her approach which helps me to feel safe and secure to open up. I feel lucky and very blessed having Elaine as my Therapist. Thank you Elaine.

Reviewed June 2022

Elaine is very caring and has a strong grasp on how to help people 10/10

Reviewed April 2022

Elaine has been a brilliant listener when I need to pour out my issues whether it be calmly, while angry or crying. She gives a sense of calm and cares. Her questions to me are not intrusive, but point me in the right direction to think about some key points or explore further an issue. Elaine will reassure me its ‘them not me’ and help me process everything negative so that I can try to move on from the negative thoughts around trauma. Advice on podcasts too has been useful and following up just to check how I am gives a reassuring sense of support. Thoroughly recommend Elaine.
