Incredibly supportive and tuned in with what is going on for me at any moment. I look forward to sessions with Andrew. He also makes time in between if I need additional support. Andrew has helped me walk through some difficult subjects with empathy and understanding which helped me get a lot more clarity on issues I need to work on. I will always be grateful for that support.

Andrew puts me at ease and understood me very quickly. He's engaging, kind and caring and has helped guide me appropriately through my troubles. He is respectful and never pushes but will challenge gently when needed. I can honestly say I could not have navigated the last three months of my life without him as my sounding board and common sense approach. Thank You Andrew

Hello, I am Andrew, an accomplished and experienced therapeutic counsellor specializing in Person Centred Therapy. With a Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and over a decade of practice since 2011, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to my work.

In addition to academic training, I bring real-world experience gained through volunteering with a charity dedicated to victims of sexual abuse and violence. This invaluable work has enriched my understanding of trauma and resilience, further shaping my compassionate and empathetic approach.

Furthermore, my training has exposed me to a diverse range of clients, many of whom were navigating the complex terrain of bereavement and grief. This broadened perspective allows me to tailor my non-directive approach to meet the unique needs of individuals facing various challenges in life.

I am deeply passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for my clients, drawing upon my comprehensive training and diverse experiences. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace.

I am passionate about fostering a genuine connection with my clients, recognizing their unique experiences and perspectives. Through active listening and empathy, I aim to empower individuals on their journey towards self-discovery and personal growth.

Whether you're navigating challenges, seeking self-understanding, or simply in need of a supportive space, I am here to accompany you on your therapeutic journey. Let's work together to explore, understand, and facilitate positive change in your life.

I worked with Andrew for several months on one very specific relationship issue of mine. I felt immediately accepted and understood and I was able to overcome a lot of shame and confusion around this issue in a very short time. I was looking forward to our sessions every week and I’m going to miss his compassionate and smart insights. If I ever need to work through something with the help of therapy, I’m hoping I get to work with Andrew again.

Andrew is very supportive, he listens and gives helpful feedback and suggestions. He’s very personable which I have found very useful as it allows the session to flow rather than being one sided as I have found with some previous therapist. Would highly recommend Andrew to others
