“I can offer you a good listening ear. An emotionally warm, nurturing, safe, and secure place to be able to talk about what is happening to you, what is important to you, and what is concerning you that is keeping you “stuck” and not being able to move forward in your life.  I am a fully qualified MSc Integrative Counsellor registered as a member of BACP, NCS and other governing bodies.  I can offer you a genuine, non-judgemental attitude allowing you, perhaps for the first time, to express and explore your past, your present, your future, and who your true self is, or will be, without fear of shame. I will be by your side as you go on a journey of personal development. To hold your map when feeling lost whilst you try, but sometimes fail.

I offer an extensive toolbox of counselling therapies and approaches including creative interventions to allow you a variety of different ways of working together to suit your unique and individual needs to allow you to “Learn to heal and re-parent inner past traumas to help release and embrace your true authentic self”.

Counselling is a process that requires sharing your internal world and carrying out an emotional dig that can take lots of hope and courage. So far, my experience with Mandy has genuinely been enlightening. There's a lot about myself I've learnt thanks to her. Although not everything sticks (which is to be expected, we are all unique) Mandy is able to help me further understand myself. I was very hesitant at first, believing that because I am quite insightful regarding my own health, that I would not derive much benefit from therapy, I was happily proven wrong.

Mandy has been amazing. Our sessions took me to places that I didn’t ever want to face. Even though scary, Mandy guided me through it and reminded me that I was doing ok.

Mandy has been incredibly supportive as I transition through a difficult stage of my life. She is always such a positive influence on my mental wellbeing, helping me to work through the hard things and find both joy and peace throughout the process.

I've had a lot of therapy over the years. But I can say with confidence, Mandy is the best therapist I've ever seen. She is reconnecting me with parts of myself that I thought I had lost. I feel calmer and I am starting to recognise that I am actually a pretty good person, where once, I thought I wasn't.

I couldn't be more greatful. I wouldn't be able to go back to work and face my colleagues again if it wasn't for how supportive and professional mandy is. She doesn't just listen to what you have to say. She also provides articles you can read on why you behave in a certain way

I’ve worked with Many over the past 18 months and it’s been the best therapy experience I have ever had. I could go on but suffice to say due to truly getting to know me absolute trust and care and brilliant therapy I’m feeling the best I ever have and this is through some normal but very stressful life events that would have previously upended and caused chaos.

Mandy is a very kind person that listens to the issues I am facing and gives me insight on what might be causing said issues, she then gives me helpful material on the topic and allows me to try and see what helps. We then discuss what worked and/or didn't work and carry on from there

Mandy is very warming and approachable. I love how she is able to respond to my different moods, sometimes I’m very talkative and sometimes I’m very quiet but she always knows what to say. Mandy also makes you feel very cared for, making sure that she has extra time at the end of the session to calm you. Overall very healing experience compared to other therapists I’ve had in the past.
