An intent listener, she gives thoughtful feedback and is able to detect hidden (and not so hidden) connections. She shares her insights in a calm and soothing manner and has - in just a few months - done wonders with my mental wellbeing. I reached out to BetterHelp because I had let a number of personal tragedies build up untreated. It left me anxious, bitter and resentful. With a combination of weekly calls with Carol and personal journal writing, I have cleaned these wounds out thoroughly (a very useful metaphor from Carol) and made me a happier person….a word, a concept and state of mind I avoided for too long.
