Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Alyce Fortnoff made me feel confident in both her decades of experience as well as her opinion that I am capable of finding a better path to wellness.
Alyce talks to me like we are old friends, and offers advice and guidance, as well as support wherever needed!
Alyce has been great. Really supportive, experienced and helpful. Overall, she’s a wonderful therapist and very well versed in addiction.
Alice his great and warm!
Ms. Alyce has been incredible. Her breadth of experience shined through in the progress I made. I needed help with moving on from grief and pregnancy loss to find my new normal. Alyce was a great listener, incredible empathizer and didn't use the euphemisms I find so frustrating. Our chats were productive, I appreciate the ability to use messaging between sessions as well. I highly recommend her
Alyce has been a blessing. I’m going through some very tough challenges in my life and relationship and she has been invaluable to my recovery and growth. I don’t know what I would do without her. She always listens and gives me confidence to make the tough decisions. Her background in addiction has been especially helpful in working through the the issues my boyfriend’s alcoholism has created. I definitely would recommend her to anyone in need but particularly to anyone struggling with codependency or addiction related issues.
This was my first session with her but so far she seems like a good match for me.
Although we haven’t spent too much time together she’s given me a validating and full filling experience thus far. I’m excited to continue my journey in discovering who I am and who I could be in the future with Alyce
