Even tho it hasn't been that long for me trying out this therapy thing, I believe that Dr. Karaoulani was able to adequately show me a different perspective of how it works (which if you didn't know is not like in the movies) and to see things from a different angle by getting deeper into individual points. Also, I felt a little happier/cheerful and lighter every time after our session if that makes sense. I tend to also look forward to the upcoming session and have more faith in the process.
