I am a qualified accredited BACP therapist working in the UK. My experience over the last 14 years has involved adult work in a doctors’ surgery, a low cost charity organisation, private practice, and in schools working with parents, staff and pupils. My weekly sessions with Marita are extremely helpful. Even though the topics we discuss can be difficult, I always end a session feeling supported, understood and stronger for the week ahead. I'm given time and space to process events in my past and present, as well as tools to put into practice during my daily life outside of therapy. Our sessions are always on time and I never feel pressured to come to a sudden or unnatural end. I cannot recommend Marita enough, after only a few sessions I was beginning to see improvements in my mood and outlook. Her time and expertise have been , and will continue to be, an incredible help; vital in my journey to improve my mental health. Working with her would be as beneficial for anyone else looking to start improving their own mental health and daily life.

Amazing person, really allowed me to talk. But as well made my feelings feel valid.
