What a beautiful soul Bridget is. She's an excellent listener. She's good at reading between the lines. I feel "heard" when I speak to her. I've only had three sessions with her so far, but in that time I have felt lots of relief during my days from the wisdom and techniques she has shared with me to help me with negative thoughts, and healthy anxiety feelings.
