I had always considered therapy for the longest time, but after going through a particularly dark period in my life, had never truly acted upon it. Deciding that enough was enough, I had turned to betterhelp to try and quell those dark thoughts that had be n clouding over my life. Shortly after this, I was put in touch with Robert, who really listened to my past and present. He helped me develop some much needed techniques to help me deal with my everyday conundrums, for which I will always be grateful.

I recommend sessions with Robert to anyone dealing with multiple contexts at the same time, and struggling in different aspects of their life: he is a wholesome therapist, reliable, focused, empathic and friendly. The right balance to pursue a journey together, whether to get over a short term crisis or to slowly evolve into being a more structured, happy and healthy person. I started video sessions with Rob in October of 2022 when my life felt very overwhelming. He has helped me ever since: both in coming to terms with personal and family issues and in focusing to pull through with my career moves and PhD work. After having tried different forms of in-person therapy in the different countries I have lived in, he is the first person with whom I found regular support, focused on a broad range of issues, and most importantly: with a true understanding of multilocal living, the struggle of anchoring to new places, while still nurturing a broad network of friends and loved ones.
