I am a licensed professional psychotherapist with over 7 years of experience. My approach is integrative, and solution focused, to ensure my clients get maximum benefit from our session. This means I use a range of combined therapeutic techniques, which is altered based on your presenting issue. E.g., CBT, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, person centred, motivational counselling etc.

I was very nervous before the first session because it is hard to talk about myself and my problems. The moment I met Jasmin, I felt instantly good and calm. She is extremely kind and empathetic, always having words of support when needed. I feel like she wants to listen, she wants to hear what I have to say, even if sometimes it's maybe a bit too much. She makes me reflect and be critical with myself and my believes about me. I am quite confident that doing therapy with Jasmin will help me a lot, so I am very very happy that she was my assigned therapist.
Very understanding and easy to talk to
Jasmin is a super listener. She can read between the lines of what you're saying to really understand the root of your problem. I came to Jasmin to heal the relationships with my family, and although this is still a work in progress, I feel that steps forward have been made in the way I relate to my family. Jasmin reminded me that my own thoughts, point of views and truths are important too and there is no shame in expressing them -- even though others may not really share them! Her guidance has been inspiring to me.

My therapy sessions with Jasmine have literally been life changing. Life saver and does more than she will ever know for me!
Like many I was very sceptical about if therapy would be right for me. Especially given the variance in who you might arrive at as a therapist. Whilst it took a couple of tries to find the right person. I am absolutely blessed to have ended up with Jasmin as my therapist. She is highly professional and her style is exactly the kind I feel suits me. Meaning our sessions always feel valuable and I am more and more comfortable with sharing . Especially as a male, speaking to a stranger about how you feel can be daunting and perhaps make us feel 'weak'. However I am overall a more content person since starting therapy and am able to be even stronger individual for the people close to me as a result of this. Jasmin is truly excellent and I could not recommend her more highly.
Jasmin has a warm and empathetic nature to her, making it easier to open up and be vulnerable. She’s been very helpful in my healing process allowing me to move at my own pace and encouraging me to use the tools and resources that are already within my periphery. She’s been very supportive of my changing circumstances and very accommodating with last minute request for sessions. I found my sessions with her to be very beneficial.
