I've been working with Sam for well over 6 months now and I'm so happy I did! I feel like this is the best investment in myself I have ever done and it will pay off for years to come. Highly recommend Sam, and Betterhelp. This form of online therapy fits my life very well because of the flexibility it offers and because of the chat function that is offered as I prefer communicating in written form and English is not my first language.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Sam is among the better therapist I’ve ever had. She’s a great listener, she’s very much in touch with the emotions of her clients, and she’ll recommend reading material if asked. Sam will meet you at your communication style and will respectfully challenge any ideas that you may have that are actually not in the service of your well-being. I always feel like I’m engaging in a productive conversation with Sam. I highly recommend Sam as a therapist.

Sam is the kind of therapist I have been looking for. She has a calming, accepting, open way of being, she listens and allows me to discover my own issues without pushing me in a direction rather than another. She asks the right question to help my train of thought to develop in the right direction. Absolutely wonderful!

I have been in therapy with Sammy since I started my sessions and I must say I am so glad I got paired with her. She notices the small things about me that even I didn't know about myself. She noticed patterns when things kept going wrong in my life and this has really helped me cope with all the drastic changes in my life recently more than ever. I am proud to say I have found me who was lost and this is mainly because of Sammy. She is amazing and keeps it positive and optimistic. She made me feel so proud of myself for the smallest achievements. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs help and whoever reads this, please reach out for help. You are not alone in this!!
