I am a mental health therapist with a passion for working with individuals to support their mental health and find healing. In my experience I have worked with clients working through a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance addictions, mood disorders, Borderline Personality disorder, and trauma.

My therapy style is warm and client centered. Every individual is worth respect, compassion, sensitivity, and dedicated attention and I strive to offer this in my interactions. My approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, and combines aspects of client-centered, trauma-focused, and dialectical-behavioral therapy.

My training began with a BA Psychology, followed by completing my MA Mental Health Therapy. I am also a Certified Adolescent Trauma Professional, MBACP Registered Member, and BABCP member. Further training experience is focused on complex trauma and means of processing and healing from trauma and abuse, and extended experiences centers on depression. In our time together I will adapt our conversations and work to best fit your goals.

It takes courage to seek healing and take active steps towards change. If you are ready to begin this work, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!
