Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I like how she is really concerned about my feelings and listens so well to what I have to say. She has really helped me see, that maybe I have been misreading my own issues. And she checks on me during the week and that really helps, to know she cares that much.
Deborah is absolutely wonderful! I never thought I would ever have the chance to be able to express myself to anybody in an uncensored, unfiltered way. I have many stories trapped in me, and struggle with chronic feelings of unworthiness and unwelcome. She has been patient, helpful, encouraging, reassuring and genuinely healing. I sincerely don't know what condition I'd be in now with out her help. I can't endorse her enough!

Deborah is the real deal. She knows what she's doing and is gentle yet can challenge me too. I'm learning from her, but I'm also comforted in her presence which is a rare experience.
Deborah has helped me work through several issues in the past six months, from a problem with addiction in my marriage to a grief issue relating to the traumatic death of one of my grandsons. It surprises me every time how she manages to help me draw things out from somewhere deep inside, and shine some light on it. She did an intervention with me helping me deal with my recent trauma which gave me so much more peace and the ability to deal with it in a healthier way. She is kind, gentle and very responsive to what I need on any given day, even if I sometimes struggle to put it in words. I am grateful for her help.
