shirley is a talented professional, comfortable to stream my thoughts and concerns to, listens skillfully, and supports reliably. she tracks details impressively well. she has relevant life experiences to supplement her pro skills and with all this she delivered insights right away. i can think of several specific ones that i think could make all the difference i my problem areas, and i find myself hoping to keep her informed of how she has helped once our work is done.
