I am just starting sessions with Syeda and I am happy to say that I have found someone that I am excited to work with. Syeda is great during sessions! I feel comfortable in sharing what troubles me with her and she helps me push my thoughts to get a better understanding of what it is that I am really having trouble with, and how I can work on it in the future. I look forward to each session.

Syeda has helped me through some really tough things, she listens with no judgement and makes sure you have tools to help yourself. I always lead the sessions and we talk about what I need to but without there being a pressure to talk about things I may not feel ready for yet. She is very knowledgeable and it shows in how she responds and can explain to you the reason behind your feelings and how you can help yourself. Its clear in our sessions that she wants to help and is a very easy person to trust. My confidence and self esteem have grown tremendously and she has made me value myself which I never thought I would. I am already a much happier, better person and my life is the best it has ever been and she has given me the tools to look after myself as well as someone I can confide in and taught me so much about myself and realise who I want to be. I cant thank her enough!
3 sessions in and I'm really questioning my world and who is in it, in a healthy and supported way. I appreciate more of those who do support me and I'm starting to identify and move on from those who do not. This is critical for me in finding my own happiness and self acceptance.
