Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

John is the best therapist ever. He has the tools to help me get through the most confusing period of my life, he also has experience and stories in his past that I can relate to. Thank you for all you do John.
John has a deep knowledge grounded in some personal experiences he shared with me. I appreciate his honesty and compassion. He is committed to guide his students to the best possible solution for them to see a pathway to healing past hurts. Thank you John!
Wow, what can I say? I have been in therapy off and on for years and after moving to a new state, I had to find someone new to work with. I was nervous about this process as I know that finding a therapist to really connect with is harder to do than it may seem. I am so glad that I was matched with John. From our very first session, I felt at ease and comfortable with him. He has a way of letting me speak but then asking challenging questions to help me think through things in a different way. I have seen positive change in myself, my thought patterns and behaviors since seeing John for therapy. I highly recommend John if you are looking for a great blend of no judgment, caring human, and no extra fluff.
I have really enjoyed my time with John. He was very understanding and easy to engage and talk through my situation, and also providing appropriate guidance and tools for me to take away and consider.
Really kind and to the point, but not bias. I would recommend John, hes not Judgemental and over all very easy to talk to. This was my first attempt at therapy and its been a better experience for me than i was expecting
