I am so grateful for Lindsey. She acts as a sounding board to help me make sense of how I approach things. I have learned a lot by talking with her and exploring healthy ways to manage my stress. I would say that I am much better off with her help, and with so many people counting on me to hold it together, I am grateful for the support.
