She really humanises the challenges I’ve experienced, rather than making them feel like a diagnosis. She understood quickly where my experiences have caused certain mental models and normalised the responses I have had to traumas. This small act of normalising responses has been the biggest help to realising there’s nothing fundamentally wrong with me at my core, and that I can re look at how I want to view the world now that I’m no longer living in my trauma. Lianne is absolutely fantastic. She is wonderfully respectful, she always listens and actually challenges me to improve. She's the best therapist I've ever had.
Lianne is a very kind and non-judgemental when she voices her suggestions or criticisms. She has a distinct way of guiding a person through the journey of self-discovery, and I was surprised to come across a few issues which I had missed to acknowledge by myself. Most of her advice has worked for me pretty well, and I am definitely on a path to bettering my mental state. Moreover, she is responsive and quick to accommodate any clashes in schedule.
