I am only few sessions in with Amanda, but i truly enjoy them even if we talk about more complicated and uncomfortable topics for me, because she creates such safe space for all emotions and experiences, and for the first time i feel safe to truly open up to a therapist. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, & depression and I work a lot with patients with ADHD and Autism. 3 easy ways to help relieve stress 1) break jobs up into manageable tasks and ensure before you start the next task do some breathing exercises or stretch for 5 minutes - 2) take breaks at regular intervals 3) go for a walk at the end of the day and don’t work after 7’pm - increasing awareness can help you focus - I am here to help those who are neurodivergent

Just 2 video sessions with Amanda gave me enough confidence in the validity of my own feelings and experiences than any other therapist I’ve had. If you’re a neurodivergent person, especially an adult woman with adhd/autism who went misdiagnosed very long by being told that basically “more emotions and sensitivity is normal for a woman, get over it” while you’re clearly suffering daily and shaming yourself for not being strong enough to look past your “sensitivities”, look no further than Amanda. She is incredibly compassionate and kind, yet she also helped me rationalise and find logic in what seems to be otherwise irrational feelings. I’m excited for more sessions ❤️ I’ve been enjoying my 2 weeks of more self love and peace in my life, which ironically resulted in me being less “sensitive” and I’ve even done more laundry in this 3 weeks alone than in the last year lol

I had an instant connection with Amanda from our first session together. I have worked with many therapists in the past and have never encountered one with such a wide range of expertise! She really knows her stuff and is an absolute joy to work with. She really understands me and my needs/issues. I struggle with ADHD and have, for the first time, been able to experience therapy which works for my brain. This is my first therapy experience where I truly believe that therapy will work for me and resolve a lot of the issues I have experienced for the majority of my life. Very nice therapist, I'm not with her long, just the second session I've had with her, but so far she's going out of her way for me. She's one of the most hard working dedicated therapists iv had and I've been in the mental health services since I was 12,now 33 so I've had quite a few experiences with different ones. Amanda was really welcoming and understanding. This was my first time trying talk therapy, so I was reserved to begin with. I felt alien to the idea of therapy, recently went through a depressive time and suffered uncontrollable panic attacks and lead to insomnia. Within just a few sessions Amanda has helped relieve stress, get better sleep through therapy techniques and i can see that in the foreseeable future not only will Amanda be there supporting my journey but i believe i ultimately will be cured of my negative characteristics due from depression and i will get better.
