I find talking to Laura very helpful. Being prompted to consider facts from different view points make me reflect and come to solutions l would have not thought about on my own. I highly recommend her for therapy.
Though I've only had a few sessions so far her help has been invaluable to me in enlightening me to my current self and where and why I need growth.
