I have so much appreciation for Malcolm. The way he supported and guided me through this last year is invaluable. He is kind, gentle, understanding, very caring AND FUNNY. Malcolm checks back in with me during the week, which gives me the opportunity to send a quick share of what's going on for me at this time and then reflect on further with him during our live session. I made numerous little distinctions with his help that turned out to be major breakthroughs for me. I feel seen, understood and unconditionally accepted! I couldn't have wished for a better therapist. Thank you Malcolm!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Malcolm and I have been working together over a year now. I am grateful for all the tools he's given me over this time and I feel like I have grown a lot because of the help I received from Malcom. He helps me unpick my brain and sometimes knows what I am trying to say before I do. Thanks for everything Malcolm, you've made a difference to at least one person's life this year and I am forever grateful!

In my short time, working with Malcolm, I feel understood and seen. He is kind, and has given me a sense of assurance that everything will be all right… As long as I show up for myself. Really grateful for his presence in my life at the moment.

I have been talking with Malcolm via video chat weekly for around 10 months. He's the best! When I compare myself 10 months ago, to now, I can see a huge positive change and that's with a massive help from Malcolm. He messages throughout the week to check in before sessions, sessions always end on a positive note, even when things have gotten a little heavy. We usually have a good laugh too! Very down to earth, genuine, understanding and truly listens to what I have to say. I just wish I met him sooner!

Reviewed November 2023

I couldn't possibly rate Malcolm any higher. I've been to various different councillors/therapists/group therapy etc since being a teenager and I've never clicked with anyone in the same way I have with Malcolm. I feel like I've been matched perfectly with someone who listens, offers support, isn't afraid to tell me when I'm wrong and explain why. He checks in with me through the week, always replies quickly when I send him a message. He's a wee diamond, really down to earth and relatable, I only wish I'd found him sooner. Give the man a raise! He deserves it.

I have only had a few sessions with Malcolm and already feel like I have made progress. He listens to what I have to say and helps me understand my thought processes and patterns. He always checks in before a session and just makes me feel at ease throughout. I'd highly recommend.
