Deborah has been super respectful and supportive with my life challenges and I look forward to talking with her each week! I love having an outside source to talk to that has no correlation with me!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

She has been amazing and even though it’s only been a few sessions, I’m feeling so hopeful about the future
Since starting my sessions with Debbie I've noticed a change in me.. for the better.. even just as a person to chat to she is a lovely person.. and her insights and that are very helpful.. I gave a ways to go in therapy I think but I definitely feel it's heading in the right direction and my therapist has a lot to do with that. With Debbie I feel comfortable more than engine else I've tried therapy with and I'm going with the flow
Deborah has been extremely helpful & within our short time of therapy has given me alot of pointers as well as reading material in regards to my situation. I am grateful
