Miss Harris is fantastic. My time with her over the last few months has really turned my anxiety around. She is compassionate, a wonderful listener, knows her stuff, shares data that backs up what she is telling me about, and gives me actual tools regularly to 1. keep up with progress through the week and 2. give me new strategies for approaching things. Miss Harris is also incredibly responsive on the app. I honestly don’t know how I would be navigating my days without the help she has provided me. I was experiencing daily anxiety attacks when I started seeing her and those have totally subsided since working with her.
