I have had lots of success in my work in terms of client recovery and progression.

My style is person centred, psychodynamic, CBT, solution focused and therapeutic - methods style and technique generally depend on the individual and issue. I am a warm and friendly counsellor and people have reported feeling at ease when they talk to me.
