Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

She gave me homework, which was fun. I think I will get an A +
Kim is simply the best. My day always feels brighter after I get to speak with her, and in another life, I think we’d be good friends…THAT’S how amazing she is. I feel heard, reassured, and given a comfortable space to say just about anything I can think of. I can’t thank her enough for how awesome she’s been and continues to be. I was so nervous about starting, but now it’s one of the things I look forward to the most!
Kim is the most caring therapist I have come across. She is very knowledgeable and provides a lot of resources to her patients. She checks in a lot too, it’s obvious she genuinely cares! I highly recommend her!
Kimberly is a great therapist, and I look forward to working with her more.
