Masamba makes me feel heard. She's very good at letting me talk for so long that I come to my own realisations. She doesn't rush me towards resolutions and is honest when asked for her opinion. She makes me feel like I can speak without shame or guilt and is brilliant at talking me through moments of high emotions (panicking, etc.) Her affirmations make me feel valid and enough.

She understands where I'm coming from and is willing to let me take my time in coming clean with any fears, doubts, confusion. And is willing to answer any silly questions (what I see as) whenever I come up. Most importantly, sometimes I will run overtime, but she won't cut me off, nor will she end the session unless she's sure I'm okay. Conclusion: Masamba is wonderful!
