Jennifer Savell is a blessing to have as a therapist. She listens well and helps me through the difficulties and stress in my life. She is in my opinion what a true therapist is, she genuinely cares about her patients and their needs and is never judgmental. She works with my chaotic work schedule to be able to have sessions and they are always very meaningful. Life is tough so it’s a blessing to have someone like Ms. Savell to be able to help navigate through life’s challenges!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

We haven't actually talked, but we have done a chat session & have been messaging. I have confidence in her, & i feel comfortable. She responds pretty quick, & the time difference makes it great, because my struggles gets overwhelming when I can't sleep, knowing that she's right there, awake & can respond if I need her. It's nice. She's very calming, & finds the best selutions for you.
