Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Jules has been amazingly helpful - always respectful, kind and understanding to my struggles
Jules has gotten me through some really tough micro social environments and emotional situations over the past few months. She has nurtured a much more personally forgiving attitude in me and has allowed me to have a much more positive outlook on the world. She has also gotten me through some more tough trauma that hadn't been dealt with untold now and she has been very receptive to how I like the sessions to go. Jules is an amazing therapist.
Jules is an amazing and insightful therapist and I have already learnt a great deal about some unhealthy attachment patterns that I have. Jules is helping me to identify and work through these patterns. I really look forward to my weekly video session and the app is so easy to use.
