James is really just helpful in ways where he really listens to you and hears you and what is on your mind and heart. He has a calming way of making you feel you are never as bad as you think you are, or your situation isn't solvable in some ways. He wants to help your specific situation and helps share in ways you can move forward and what that may look like. He isn't there to come down on you for what you share, he makes you think and believe what you are going through is ok and normal with just being human. He makes you feel things will be ok and I am there talking to him for a reason, so how can he help and instill in me what I want to believe enough to want to change. Very encouraging and at the end of sessions, well, you just feel better.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
