Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Mary has been an amazing help to me! Highly recommended.
Mary is phenomenal. She doesn't just tell you what you want to hear. She tells you what you need to hear. For yourself. For you growth. She is compassionate and level-headed with a good sense of humor. She's also a great conversationalist and she is structured in the way she approaches progress in therapy. She makes me feel motivated to take care of myself and put in the work to improve my mental health. 10/10.
Mary is kind and knowledgable and clearly cares about my situation and my goals. She offered simple and doable suggestions and helped to broaden my perspective. I would highly recommend her!
Great therapist. Quickly recognized what my needs were and has great strategies that challenge my current way of thinking so I can overcome the present day obstacles.
