She is so kind, helpful, and full of great ideas! She's also not afraid to explore where you could be slacking in some areas in a respectful and professional way! She's the best therapist I've had to date, I look forward to our weekly sessions!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She has been very helpful
Eileen has been incredibly helpful. She always listens attentively. She has helped me notice my thought patterns and challenge them in my daily life. With her guidance, it has been easier to be more kind to myself. I’d definitely recommend her for anyone struggling with relationship problems and family issues.
Eileen has provided me with excellent resources for my healing and recovery. I have had a couple other therapists in the past, but never felt truly supported as I have with Eileen. I'm so happy that I was matched with her!
Eileen is great. Despite the multifaceted, less than ideal, situation I am in. She was able to sort through and find hopeful focus points for me as well as validating the struggle and the progress which is so very critical. I truly enjoy and respect Eileen for her professional listening and therpeutic skills but also for the relaxed yet professional way she relates. A++
I have only had a couple of sessions with Eileen but I’ve had the best experience with her so far! She has really put a lot of things in perspective for me and asks a lot of thought provoking questions. I can’t wait to continue working with her.
Eileen is very insightful, supportive, and is a calm presence. I am excited to continue working with her.
