Is impressive how much impact this person is having on my life. I learned to control my anxiety, stress level, and overall my emotions. She became that small motivation that made me move when my world seemed to crash in my hands. I am very greatful for her profesionalism, critic mind and kindness. Thank you very much Dina!

More about Dina

  • 12 years' experience
  • Female
  • BACP

I am licensed in the UK with 12 years of professional work experience.

I lived and worked in several countries which allowed me to develop an awareness of human diversity and respect for one’s identity and beliefs.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. As a fully qualified integrative counsellor, flexibility is important in the way I work with my clients. You might need a safe space to explore difficult emotions or past experiences, you might be overwhelmed by past or present events, you might be confused about who you are or what you want in life, you might be going through a mid-life crisis/transition. Whatever brings you to therapy at this time in your life, my role is to offer you a non-judgemental space where you feel safe to confront and address whatever is troubling you. I have several tools that I can use to assist you but ultimately the work will be led by you and what you need.

Choosing a counsellor can be daunting but might be the first and most important part of your therapeutic journey. For this reason, I invite prospective clients to contact me for an initial free session to explore what brings them to therapy, what they are hoping to achieve and most importantly if we might work together as I believe that building a trusting, collaborative relationship with my clients is key to their therapeutic growth.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
