Through talking to him and doing the exercises he has provided, I have been able to identify pain points and work on them continuously —Which in turn has lead to significant improvements in both my personal and professional life. Ive only had a few sessions with James but on our first session we talked over my fears for my driving test and did a hypnotherapy session covering the anxiety. Safe to say my anxiety was much better on the day of the test and I passed. Would recommend.

Our first session he told me he specializes in hypnotherapy among other disciplines- I was skeptical at first but I did a session and I’ve felt the best I have in months, maybe a a few years, in regards to my anxiety. I have had some negative health anxiety, among other concerns, and he’s great at asking me questions, as well as giving advice and sending reading materials. Thank you James!
