Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I can do nothing but thank this site and Darlene for your continued support and encouragement. I attest to both your willingness to focus on the mission of this site and maintenance of your excellent standards.
I have found Darlene to be kind and thorough in our sessions. I find it safe to ask her questions about many different topics and thoughts that come up. These qualities are important to me.
Darlene recognizes that there is an awful lot of story must be told in order to comprehend my current state and feelings. And I need those in order to operate in the present she's been very supportive of that. Whenever there is some sort of possibility that something doesn't make sense or it could be inaccurate she asked me about it in such a way as not to condemn me or pronounce over me but do it rather to ask or propose in such a way that I have the choice. Besides that, she laughs at my jokes.
Darlene is such a comforting spirit who recognizes and gently asks the right questions to identify the habits and emotions that no longer serve me. I feel so seen in my therapy with Darlene!
Darlene is very good at listening to me and giving me good feedback
Darlene is the best therapist I have ever had! She makes me feel supported, and is a great listener. I love that she's asks a lot of questions as well. I really appreciate knowing that I can reach out to her in times of struggle, and she will respond quickly and with care. All therapists should be like Darlene!
Darlene's presence put me at ease immediately. She has been extremely helpful. I've had many therapists throughout my life - Darlene is one of the best. Thank you
