Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

He’s just great.
cant speak more highly of him - hes helping me to change my life
Matt is really capapble as a therapist and gives me nothing but respect and the ability to reflect on myself from a different angle, so that I can make choices through looking at myself in a new light. Rarely have I met someone who has been so capable.
Matthew is always kind, patient and considerate. He’s a very experienced therapist who had helped me reflect on what is really important or not, and helped me manage emotions when it comes to situations I can’t control. Would 100% recommend Matthew who has a very direct but considerate approach to our sessions (gentle but realistic)
Matt is very patient and supportive. He’s very understanding and helps me understand myself better. Having Matt as my therapist has been very helpful and comforting and I appreciate the massive progress we have made together in the last 5 months.
Matthew takes on a kind but honest approach which is greatly appreciated, and has helped me with a lot of anxieties I have in knowing how to manage them better, and gain perspective that there is a bigger picture to focus on not just the current anxiety in my mind. He is great at checking in and very considerate with his communication. I would highly recommend Matt!
I've never felt as understood and seen as with Matthew as my therapist. It really feels like a breath of fresh air.
