Ryan has helped me discover things about myself that I didn’t know before. He really understands the ins and outs of trauma and teaches how certain ways of feeling trace back to it AND helps me face and overcome it. The things I went into therapy thinking I needed to focus on ended up being only a symptom of the root cause and Ryan has challenged my thinking and I still use phrases from him daily to remind myself I am worth the work.

Highly recommend him for anyone who appreciates directness and solution-oriented thinking in a therapist, as well as for anyone who needs someone considerate of chronic pain.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Very supportive, understanding, and validating.
Ryan's a great guy, really good at what he does, offers alot of good insight, very understanding and has alot of applicable and relatable life experiences that help to connect and resonate with me.
I have only had a couple of sessions with Ryan but they have already been so helpful to me and my healing journey. He actively listens to everything I say and through this is able to help me process and understand my emotions better. He gives a balance of making sure I am accountable and learning from my past but also kind to myself as I process deep wounds. I Highly recommend his sessions!
Ryan has been awesome, super well spoken with a very inviting and comforting demeanor. I can tell he truly cares about me and is invested in helping me even after just a month or so of us talking. He has alot of experience with the problems I'm facing from past experiences and clients, and I'm looking forward to continue having sessions with him, I feel very fortunate to have someone like him in my corner of the ring. Its much needed.
Ryan is an incredible dude who really cares for his patients. I have enjoyed my sessions with him and always have been excited to discuss my life with him and work through anything I'm going through. Couldn't recommend enough!
Ryan is a really great therapist. He listens with intent and is present during our sessions. He’s very knowledgeable and is not judgmental.
Ryan has opened my mind up to things that I should have already understood about relationships and what it takes to be in a healthy one! I am truly getting the help I need to be healthy first and fore most!
I am enjoying working with Ryan, he asks me really great questions and makes me reflect on things. Also, I like how he gives me exercises to work on after our sessions, which is great, and I feel comfortable sharing my feelings, thoughts and experiences with him.
Ryan has been great helping me through stuff. He actually listens to me before responding and then has insightful things to say, not just psycho-babble. I'd highly recommend him.
Ryan is a phenomenal listener! He allowed me to talk WAYYY more than I expected to. He is supportive and empathetic. 10/10. Highly recommended!!
If you ever need someone who can easily understand you and support you. Ryan is the person to go to.
I consider myself lucky to have been paired with Ryan. He has proven to be a great listener who is adept at interpreting complicated dynamics and emotions (which are difficult to articulate in the first place). He is very considerate and kind and I feel very comfortable speaking with him, no matter the subject. I am very pleased with the process so far and I am keen to continue with him. Thanks for all that you do!

This being my introduction to therapy as an adult, I am so pleased and feel very safe with Ryan as my therapist. I've considered my sessions with him like that of my personal emotional/mental hyperbaric chamber - the world seems to stand still and my healing is of utmost importance. I'm very grateful for Ryan's attentiveness, gentle spirit, availability, direction, and expertise. I look forward to our continued work together.

Ryan is an excellent therapist, listens impeccably well and understands your concerns- he’s also extremely patient and understanding, he gives helpful insights and tips on how to cope and is patient with my lack of focus during sessions- I would recommend him to anyone seeking help
Ryan is a very present therapist. He asks pointed questions and listens intently to one’s responses. He is caring and empathetic but also agrees with the ways in which I know I need to challenge myself.
