Bruce is great at listening & also has really good advice. He’s made me internalise my problems and action them each week. Really look forward to each session :)
His approach has helped me clear my head in so many ways. He's helped me see things from perspectives I had never once considered before, and in doing so he's helped me greatly in moving on from past traumas and things that were eating me up from the inside. No matter who you are or what issues you deal with he's respectful, calm, and from my experience asks the questions that need to be asked. I feel like the dark clouds have gone away, and it's time for the sun to come out.
A great listener. Very patient and non-judge mental. Very subtly suggestive about things I could consider trying for example, new challenges, new mindsets, different behaviors, coping mechanisms. We have a good report and the weekly sessions are something I look forward to.
