Hello there!

As a registered therapist with the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and a licensed NLP Practitioner (Neuro Linguistics Programming), I am here to help.

I am currently a doctoral candidate in psychotherapy, specializing in trauma and resilience. I am trained in several therapeutic techniques, including Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Mindfulness Practice, which allow you to delve deeper to identify and work through the root cause of your emotional and psychological problems.

I bring years of personal experience and theoretical training, knowledge and understanding in the fields of depression, anxiety, relationships, obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD), substance misuse disorders and addictions.

Whether you want to improve your career, relationships, health, or personal growth, I will work with you to create a customised therapeutic plan that fits your unique needs and preferences.

Looking forward to our work together!
