Amazing Stacy is exceptional
Stacy is fantastic! In only 4 sessions, she has helped give me to tools to realize I can overcome my binge eating and see a vision of my future where I have a healthy relationship with food, my body, and approach all areas of my life in a moderate way. I NEVER thought I'd be free from food obsession, but with baby-steps, learning the tools of awareness (mindfulness), I can see a future where I am an intuitive eater at a naturally healthy weight. On a scale of 1-10, Stacy gets a googleplex from me!!!
