I am a Mental Health Counsellor credentialed in the UK and Australia and Registered Counsellor of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have double Masters degree and years of professional work experiences in different countries around the world. I have experience in helping clients with Stress and Anxiety management, Depression, Trauma, Transition of life and a wide range of area.

Originally I am from Bangladesh but lived in Saudi Arab, Thailand, Singapore for many years. I can speak English and Bengali. Currently living in United Kingdom and working from here.

I work with my clients' to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement. I believe that as a counsellor I need to facilitate clients' to join the dots of their lives through exploration and deeper connection with their stories and their being.
