Samantha was really helpful to me. She put me at ease very quickly and that allowed me to more easily open up to her. I felt like she was easy to relate to and therefore never felt judged. Really good experience working with her.

Been doing therapy with Sam for a couple of months now, and I made great progress working on the goals I had envisioned. She manages to show me a different angle or outlook on things in every session. I also appreciate that she shares her point of view as well as experience in life, being a woman of a similar age, which is helpful and interesting for me. She is very responsive via chat messages as well which helped me already several times in a crisis outside of the regular therapy sessions. She is witty, understanding, kind and smart. I feel better after every session, and can recommend her highly!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Had two sessions with Samantha so far and I am very pleased. She is down to earth, direct and honest which I appreciate. She provides a lot of worksheets which I find very useful. I know I can message her outside the sessions if needed. She has a practical approach and gives me new input on how to look at a situation. Can totally recommend her.

I can fully recommend Sam. I feel safe to share whatever I want and when I want to. I don't feel pressured by her to share something I don't want to share and she also let's me talk things out that I just need to let out. Also when I write her during the week, I get encouringing answers regarding working towards my goals. I feel fully comfortable communicating with her and I recommend Sam from the bottom of my heart.
