Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

My favorite therapist. Very sweet and understanding.
Christine listened to my concerns and very much showed that she paid attention to the things that I shared with her. She communicated very well with me to make sure that my needs were met and that we were communicating in a way that was best suited for me. I really enjoyed my sessions with her. She’s a lovely human being whom I trust and can confide in.
Christine is an incredible therapist. She is compassionate, healing, kind, considerate, respectful, and knowledgeable in her field. She is a therapist that ACTUALLY cares. I highly recommend Christine for your therapy needs!
Christine is wonderful! She is a great listener. She is calm and consoling and very great with communication in all ways
Christine relates well to me and provides me with exercises to help me improve my thought processes. I believe the journaling piece to be helpful so she can get glimpses into my thoughts and feelings throughout the week to better assess and assist me.
