Nisha is so kind. She listens attentively and realizes a lot of what I need is to work things out externally and she gives me that space and asks poignant questions to guide me through it. Nisha keeps me headed in the direction of progress with gentle and reassuring nudges. I can't recommend her enough

Nisha has been such a light at the end of the tunnel for me since I began my therapy journey with Better Help. I’ve never felt more validated, respected and supported by a therapist in my life. I come with a lot of trauma and baggage, and Nisha has helped me reflect and dig deep to understand where my past experiences overlap with current challenges, and helps me set realistic goals to address them. She checks in with me every week, in between sessions, to further emphasize her care and dedication to my ongoing therapy goals and active challenges, whatever they may be at that time. I’m sure many clients of Better Help who’ve had similar experiences to mine say this, but I really do believe I have the BEST therapist on the app. Thank you Nisha for your selflessness, kindness and overwhelming wisdom. You have changed my life in ways you could never know!
