My name is Johanna E Bridges, and I am a licensed professional counselor in NJ and a licensed clinical mental health counselor in NC. I have been providing counseling services for more than 20 years. I have worked in the schools, community mental health clinics, nonprofit agencies, foster care agencies and private practice. My counseling style is open, warm and interactive. I believe in treating the whole person by examining all angles of a situation. My approach is eclectic, but I use cognitive behavioral, short term solution focused, humanistic and client centered.
