I have been so amazingly thrilled and happy with my time with Cindy. The work we’ve done together, environment she’s created, and how she’s helped me dive into different areas I want to work on has been so beneficial to myself in my growth process. I couldn’t recommend her enough or imagine any other therapist being more perfect for me. She’s there in the best way for all of my emotions and assists me in processing and working on myself.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I cannot recommend Cindy enough. I needed a safe place to talk. I needed someone who could listen to my very distressing times and moments. Someone who gave me research to do on my own, to help me explore my concerns. For the hopelessness, the nervous anxiety, and the depression I felt. She has really helped me find my way and my voice. Through calm positivity and by encouraging me. I have most especially appreciated the additional articles and worksheets and podcasts and books that she has sent me, to help me constantly be paying attention to and working on myself with a guided theme and focus. So even though I am technically only paying for the weekly session, I am getting help and have help 24/7. She is extremely responsive to all my messages and I trust her knowledge and viewpoint. The sessions are insightful and helpful with practical issues where she gives me the space to talk about whatever is bothering me so those things can get addressed immediately, which help me navigate my life. Practical advice for my life today. Thank you.
