Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Sherri is amazing. I’m extremely thankful for her time and service. She is always punctual, a great listener and doesn’t use the time to push her personal experience or fill the time with irrelevance. I’ve had this happen before. She is there to listen to you and help get you through the complex emotions of day to day life. She makes you better and gives you confidence in both your career and personal life. I’m a fanboy of Sherri.

Reviewed February 2024

Sherri is really awesome. She really takes the necessary steps to get to know you and what you're going through. She is able to make the applicable connections to really help you understand the "why you feel the way that you do". I just started with her a couple of weeks ago and I am very impressed. Putting aside the fact that I am also a clinician with years of experience, I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing help with situations in their lives because she has certainly helped me.
