Nathan is an excellent listener who understands the dynamic of what you are going through and uses various techniques to help resolve issues. He answers messages promptly and is good at building trust and communication which really helps things along. He gives relevant feedback, good advice and I appreciate the optional homework given which helps me to work on myself long after or sessions have ended. He's an excellent therapist and I absolutely recommend him

I have been in therapy for the past 4 years and Nathan is the first therapist I feel understood for the first time. He doesn't assume but actually tries to understand you and asks great questions. Before, I always felt put into a category but now I actually feel I am being understood as myself. He shares a lot of extra material and encourages you to reflect. After several sessions in about half a year I can totally recommend Nathan as a Therapist. He is very understanding of the situation and mood of his patiens. He leaves enough time for "self-talk" and knows when to interact with some advises or else. Further, he analyses the situation and feelings very well and gives good advises on how to approach or on how to have a different view on things. He does this without forcing any opinion on the patient from his own or "general" believes. I am very glad Nathan got assigned to me and can totally recommend for anyone seeking help.
