To say at the very least, she’s a superhero. She has helped me profoundly with my journey through mental health and self healing. A gem of a human, who will lift you up in your toughest times, but never afraid to call you out when you’re slipping. After going through several different therapist myself, I couldn’t imagine anyone better

You want life to be different and better. But you just don't know how to make it happen. We all strive to be our “best" selves, yet we can get stuck and feel unsure about how to move forward. Where do you begin? What steps do you take?

Wherever you are right now, whatever you are struggling with, we will work together to truly understand who you are now and help you become who you wish to be. We will partner in what will be a holistic, personalized, creative plan that is designed to nurture your growth and help you experience true, lasting positive change.

There really isn't a "one size fits all" approach as you are a unique individual. We will incorporate a variety of techniques and your care will be based on what you personally need. We will explore who you are and from there we will focus on the particular strategies and skills which best suit you.

Life is stressful. Now more than ever. Together, we can find solutions to help you navigate the difficulties of being human. We will discover your strengths. Along the way we may laugh, we may cry. We will definitely learn many new things about you as we partner to build you a more meaningful, purpose-filled life - one you're excited to wake up to each day.

As a mental health counselor and psychotherapist, I seek to be creative and compassionate. I strive to be positive and encouraging, yet also practical and solution focused. Clients say I bring warmth, passion, and a sense of humor to our sessions. I strive to make your care comprehensive and I take an approach that is holistic.

My goal is to help you develop new skills and insights which will help you create a life you love.

Ms Glynn has been nothing but the best to me. She has been so thoughtful and helpful and really helped me retain an open mind. The progress that I have been able to make in the past couple months would have been insurmountable without her. She’s so educated and influential as well as intellectual in all areas of experience! Whether it be mind, body, or soul she has been able to make me more aware and help me understand the ways and why’s of most situations. Whether that be physically, mental or even theological she always has a unique perspective on how we can improve a certain situation. She is empathetic but firm, especially in situations where we start slipping from where we’ve improved. Absolutely the best therapist I could ask for and can’t ever thank her enough. A wonderful guide to have while navigating the tough waters of the world.
