I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, OCD, and ADHD.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion.

My approach combines person centered and attachment based approaches as well as cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, internal family systems, EMDR and dialectal behavior therapy. I will work together with you to create a plan to meet your goals and specific needs. I am also an adoption competent therapist trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and EMDR.

Change takes courage and work. If you are ready to take that first step, I am here to support, encourage and walk alongside you.
