I honestly don’t possess the vocabulary to articulate how wonderfully helpful, patient, insightful, inspiring and encouraging Yalanda has been for me. She is the type of therapist that makes me want to shout from the rooftops look at the magical gem I found, while simultaneously wanting to keep her for myself. She is by far top in her field and 100% always on her game. In our current world that is monetarily driven she can only be described as PRICELESS.

I was going through alot of overthinking which caused me to get irritated and short-tempered but the exercise, assignments and advice has honestly helped me out and since I've been applying what I've learned from my therapist and my friends and family said they see a big difference so far.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I had never been to a one on one therapy session before and I was pretty nervous but Yalanda was so easy to talk to and made my experience so much better than I thought it would be. She asked the right questions and helped me to realize I'm not alone in my situation regardless of how bad it is.
